Collahaus Media — UGC Lead Generation & Cold Email Outreach Campaign
A real-world outreach project involving international prospect research, lead-list development, niche segmentation, personalised cold email, follow-up planning and campaign reporting.

From raw prospect discovery to structured outreach
The Assignment
As a Lead Generation / Outreach Intern, my responsibilities included researching potential clients, conducting outreach, following up with prospects, reporting campaign activity and preparing to manage the first client call when a lead responded.
The Objective
Build targeted international prospect pipelines for Collahaus Media's UGC services and turn qualified research into relevant, human cold-email conversations rather than generic mass messaging.
How I built the outreach pipeline
The process combined research, data organisation, personalisation and reporting.
Prospect Discovery
Used niche- and city-specific Google search operators to surface relevant Instagram profiles and publicly listed business contacts.
Qualification & Cleaning
Reviewed raw results, removed duplicates and filtered unsuitable contacts before adding prospects to outreach lists.
Lead-List Building
Converted messy research into structured Google Sheets / Excel records with company, social profile and contact information.
Segmentation
Grouped prospects by niche and market so the message and campaign idea could reflect the recipient's business context.
Personalised Outreach
Adapted short cold emails by niche, moving from broad package pitching toward focused 3–4 week campaign ideas.
Tracking & Reporting
Used the company outreach inbox, email-tracking tools and daily check-ins to manage activity, follow-ups and responses.
Search operators turned social profiles into prospect lists
I researched prospects across beauty, jewelry, technology, e-commerce, sustainable brands, food and beverage, cafés and restaurants. Searches combined the platform, niche, location and contact indicator to narrow discovery.

Prospect email addresses and private account details are intentionally excluded from this public case study.
From generic packages to focused campaign ideas
Human tone
Friendly, clear and conversational messaging designed to sound relevant rather than automated.
Niche personalisation
Opening context, pain point and campaign idea were adjusted to fit each target niche.
Focused campaigns
Outreach evolved toward specific 3–4 week UGC campaign ideas instead of trying to sell a full service package immediately.
Follow-up sequence
Follow-ups were planned after the initial outreach so prospects could be re-engaged without repeating the same pitch.
Campaign activity supported by retained work records
Only volumes supported by the surviving records are used below.
emails sent
25 Beauty Services + 18 Jewelry & Accessories across Los Angeles, New York, Dubai, London and Toronto.
emails confirmed
Outreach expanded across packaged food & beverage and gifting / handmade prospects, with cleaner reporting and message refinement.
emails sent
Tech & Gadgets, Jewelry & Accessories, and E-commerce across 12 international city segments.
Evidence note: 372 is a conservative documented minimum, not a claim about the complete internship total. Additional campaign targets and research fragments exist, but they are not added to the headline sent-email figure without sufficient completion evidence.
Outreach progressed beyond sending emails
During the project, an interested prospect responded to the outreach. The next step was preparation for an introductory meeting, including proposing meeting times and accounting for the prospect's time zone.
The engagement ended before I could observe the full prospect-to-client conversion and campaign-delivery lifecycle, so this case study does not claim a closed sale, client revenue or delivered UGC results.
Practical digital marketing execution
Turn prospect research into focused, relevant conversations.
I combine research, segmentation, messaging and campaign thinking to build practical digital outreach systems.
